2. Booking and Payments

• Clients must book consultations in advance.
• A deposit is required to initiate a project.
• Full payment must be completed upon project completion.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and measurements.
• Approve designs and timelines before execution.
• Ensure property access for project completion.

4. Project Timelines

• Estimated completion times are provided based on project scope.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages) will be communicated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs and concepts remain the intellectual property of GK Interior Decorators until full payment is received.
• Clients may not reproduce or share designs without consent.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for third-party contractor delays or damages.
• Any dissatisfaction must be communicated within 15 days of project completion.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
• Cancellations after this period may result in partial refunds, subject to project progress.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai.
